CASA PRINCIPAL

The Casa Principal (or Main House) is where the former hacienda’s owner used to live. Today, this sophisticatedly designed colonial-style residence is a timeless spot surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens where you can sit back to sip a drink at the bar, lose yourself in a book in its library, marvel at its breathtaking wine cellar, or just get a glimpse at the property’s history.

CASITA MAYA

This palapa–a small palm shelter commonly found in tropical destinations–is a portal into the Yucatán cuisine. Here, local cooks bring to life the centuries-old recipes that have given this region its distinctive flavors. Enjoy traditional dishes like cochinita pibil, poc chuc and panuchos in an intimate setting where you’ll have a front row seat to how these delicacies are prepared.

SIKAR BAR

At Sikar Bar, stylish elements add new life to an old residence, creating a chill yet luxurious atmosphere where you can enjoy a drink and have a lively chat with your travel companions. Sikar Bar offers a myriad of spirits from around the world, which include single malt whiskeys, bourbons, cognacs, tequilas and brandies, along with a selection of handmade cigars made exclusively for Chablé.

CASITA CLUB

Located within the wellness golf course, this alluring lounge offers spirits, cocktails and a vast selection of Hors d’oeuvres. Take a break from practice and have a snack and a drink while taking in the fabulous scenery.

KA’ANCHE’S

This traditional Mayan garden recreates centuries-old harvesting techniques that give life to the organic vegetables and herbs used in the property’s restaurants. Each garden bed at the Ka’anche’s was built with locally sourced wood and houses seeds carefully curated by Chablé’s resident horticulturist.
